Munzee FAQs

To qualify for one of our loans you need to be:

• At least 21 years’ old;
• Currently in employment with a regular income;
• A resident in the UK with a UK bank account.
• Be able to afford the monthly repayments and
• Be generally in good credit standing

You can apply directly to us online 24/7, from the comfort of your own home. No interview, no paperwork, no hassle.

Once your  Munzee loan application is approved, you will typically receive the money the same day. Sometimes we require further info from you to support your application; we aim to provide a decision within 24hrs.

No. There are no set up fees or hidden costs.

The duration of a Munzee loan is 24 months.

At Munzee we put you, our customer, first. We treat every case on its individual merit, and make human decisions rather than solely relying on computer algorithms. As a responsible lender, we do need to ensure that the loan repayments are affordable for you.

Unfortunately, at present we do not consider applications from anyone who may be subject to any of the following: bankruptcy / IVA (Individual voluntary arrangement) / DRO (Debt Relief Order) / Trust Deed.

Everyone’s circumstances are different, so it’s fine with us if you prefer to pay us weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Repayments are made using  a debit card ie Visa Debit, Debit MasterCard, Visa Electron or Visa Delta. We cannot accept credit card payments. You can either set up a regular payment called a CPA (Continuous Payment Authority) that will be taken automatically from your debit card, or pay us directly online.

You are welcome to repay your loan early. Just get in touch with us and we will confirm how much there is left pay. There is no penalty for settling your loan early, and you will pay no further interest once your balance is paid off.
